Obtain anatomically correct Class II cavity restorations with tight contact points and natural contours using the restorative solutions included in myQuickmat Forte starter kit.
The system allows you to restore teeth with different crown heights as well as teeth with large cavity preparations or missing cusps thanks to the replaceable extremity system myTines.
All components of the kit have been selected to optimise the restorative procedure, allowing quick and predictable results with minimal finishing steps.
The kit includes:
- myRing forte, the double spring separator ring that provides effective teeth separation and matrix retention.
- myTines, autoclavable, repleaceable, and interchangeable ring extremities that make myRing Forte suitable for restoring both teeth with wide cavity preps, missing cusps as well as teeth with different crown heights.
- myWedge, V-shaped wedge made of hi-tech plastic material. Perfectly compresses and adapts to the interproximal anatomy of teeth.
- LumiContrast, dark-blue matrices which significantly increase contrast and reduce glare effect, especially when using loupes or microscopes.
- QuickmatFLEX, sectional matrices with advanced elastic memory. Ultra-thin for easy insertion into tight proximal spaces and resilient for optimal deformation resistance.

The patient came to our attention for the replacement of an old amalgam on molar 26. The following images show the step-by-step direct composite restoration procedure using myQuickmat Forte kit (Polydentia) in combination of the myTines Small and myTines Large (Polydentia). The myTines Large are a very useful tools when restoring wide cavities even in case of a missing cusp.

Multiple Class II restorations with optimal results – myRing Forte with myTines Small – Dr. Losada
A 28 years old male patient came to our attention complaining of pain by chewing and some sensibility in correspondence of the first Quadrant. A preliminary clinical evaluation and bite X-rays evidenced the presence of multiple primary and secondary carious lesions on premolar 15 and molars 16 and 17 under previous composite restorations.

Class II cavity direct restoration on young permanent molar with myQuickmat Forte – Dr Marina Papachroni
Class II (interproximal) decay involves the proximal surface of a posterior tooth and it is a common occurrence in many dental patients. One challenge for the clinician is to accurately recreate a physical contact to the adjacent tooth and, at the same time, to restore proper interproximal anatomic form. This case involves a teenager 16 years old with an interproximal lesion in his left lower molar (#36).
