The patient, dissatisfied with his smile, came to our practice asking to fix the two central broken incisors.
The following case study shows the step-by-step restoration procedure using the Polydentia Unica proximal anterior matrix.

conclusion
In this clinical case, we performed a Class IV restoration on the incisal edges of the patient’s two upper incisors. We used Unica Proximal stainless steel matrices, which are specifically designed for anterior restorations of Classes III and IV.
Thanks to the cervical labio-palatal arch, the matrix can be easily slid subgingivally, thereby increasing its stability (even without a wedge).
The restoration process was quick and straightforward, resulting in the restoration of natural anatomical tooth morphology.
